Set-up Contract Goals

Contract Goal are set within the contract.  Incoming contract goals are embedded within the contract so they are hereditary.
 
Establish Contract Participation Goals:
What: Establishes thresholds for Contract or Workforce Participation by specific targeted groups or populations. Contract Participation Goals are a component of an organizational equity policy.  An equity policy addresses the issues of equal access to economic opportunities, thereby enhancing the socio-economic equity of all citizens. Programs and initiatives must be implemented to eradicate barriers and disparities, and evaluation must be performed to ensure they are achieving their intended results.
 
Establish Contract Participation Goals:

An equity policy speaks to the issues of equal access to economic opportunities that advances socio-economic equity of all citizens and ensures where applicable that programs and initiatives are implemented to eradicate barriers and disparities. 
Why:  Test the effectiveness of the implementation of the equity policy.
When:  During procurement of goods and services with public funds.
Where: This is done at the www.eprismsoft.com site.
How: Create Participation Goals
a.     Login with your issued Login ID and Password at www.eprismsoft.com
b.     Click “Manage Account” on the Main Menu
c.     Click on the submenu item “Manage Project”
d.     Select the Project that houses the intended Contract
e.     Select “Contracts” from the top right (Menu)
f.     Select the specific Contract from the list of Contracts in the left pane
g.     Select “Manage Goals” from the top right (Menu)
h.     Click on the “Add Goal” button on the lower right pane
i.     Complete Goal definition:
j.     Select Type From drop-down menu
1)     Type in the percentage Number (without %)
2)     Click Save at the bottom pane
3)     Select Demographic
4)     Location
5)     Certification, etc.
6)     Save Again!
