What: The contract is the statement of work to be done, including the begin and end dates, expressed monetary value of work, and other optional variables that define the particulars and characteristics of the work to be done.
Why: It is required for documenting, tracking and reporting actions and events during the life of the contract.
When: If contract reporting requires transparent accounts of information, actions, or events regarding participation. This information includes subcontracts, contract payments, and contract hours performed.
