This is the setup screen for users notifications  for certain activities initiated by users working on your contracts/subcontracts. These activities include: certified payroll submittals, contract payments reports and verifications, etc.

This button enables prime contract specification of NAICS codes and all subsequent subcontracts award to report subcontractors NAICS code for transparency.  This supports and verifies that contractors a performing commercially useful work relative to their business classification. 

This enables requirements of specific project milestone to be documented, tracked and on-demand reporting.

Saves data changes on the screen.

This discard any data entered or changed since the last save.

Required data.

Not required but very disirable.

This is the only way to modify contract value once awarded.

This button presents the "Pay Items" screen. This enables user to define tasks, materials, units of measure, specifications, and other characteristics which form the standard basis for road related project costing, bidding and accounting.

Returns to the project that houses the current contract.
