All contracts/subcontracts awards get deposited in the awardees' "Incoming Contract" Folder.

Access Contract button

The button enables the user to provide some important feedback to the awarder. (1) Provide a feedback that the final certified payroll have been submitted. (2) Provide an feedback on project defined milestones.

Issue Subcontract button

2. Issue Subcontract button
The button is used to issue the first subcontract.  The end user do not have access to certain functions in the system, example "Project".
A user with the need to award subcontract(s) would need to have a project to complete the task.  This button would activate the project  function.  The following chain of events would take place: (1) Activate project menu (2) Create a project for the subcontract to reside in (3) Create the first subcontract stup (to be completed by the user).
