Manage Line Item

Line item is associated with horizontal construction (road constructions). This refer to the installed bill of materials for a given project.

Use this Option to upload your line item (excel sheet) into ePrismSoft. Once uploaded, the items can be managed individually.

Pay Item update and generation of pay estimates

What: The Pay Item defines tasks, materials, units of measure, specifications, and other characteristics which form the standard basis for road related project costing, bidding and accounting.

Why: It is the industry STANDARD.

When: If the contract was awarded based on “Pay Item” costing/bidding.

Where: This is done at the www.eprismsoft.com site.

How: Manage Project Completion Payment Calculations

a. Login with your issued Login ID and Password at www.eprismsoft.com

b. Click “Manage Account” on the Main Menu

c. Click on the submenu item “Manage Project”

d. Select the Project that houses the intended Contract

e. Select “Contracts” from the top right (Menu)

f. Click on the Contract Name on the left pane to open contract

g. Select line item from the top right (menu)

h. Select Upload Item Sheet ( the base data with excel template)

i. Perform update (edit)

j. Run Pay Item Report

k. Generate Payment Authorization
