Using ePrismSoftUsing ePrismSoft
What: ePrismSoft℠ is a suite of software that collects data through various channels, analyzes this data, tracks performance against preset goals, and produces actionable and historical reports.
Why: It is required for documenting, tracking and reporting actions/events during the life of the contract in support of participation goals.
When: Once a contract has been awarded, all pertinent activities to documentation, tracking, and reporting of participation goals MUST be documented via ePrismSoft℠.
How: ePrismSoft Basic Function for Contractors
1) Look up Incoming Contract:
(Shows all awarded contract in the system)
a. Login with your issued Login ID and Password at www.eprismsoft.com
b. Click “Manage Account” on the Main Menu
c. Click on the submenu item “Manage Incoming Contract”
2) Create Project
a. Click on the “Issue Subcontract” button next to the contract
b. Type the “Project Name” that will house these subcontract (s)
c. Click on the “Create” button
3) Sub Contract
a. Login with your issued Login ID and Password at www.eprismsoft.com
b. Click “Manage Account” on the Main Menu
c. Click on the submenu item “Manage Project”
d. Click on “Open” next to the Project that has been linked to the “Incoming Contract”
e. Select “Contracts” from the top right (Menu)
f. Select from Drop-down, the Incoming Contract to Issue subcontract from
g. Click “Issue Subcontract” to initiate a contract form
h. Type Contract Name, and Click Save
i. Create contract
i. Contract name
ii. Contract number (click save now; this makes the contract exist)
iii. Fill out (PO #, Start date, End date, Contract Amount) and save.
iv. Associate Contract to Prevailing Wage List
v. Award Contract
