How to Log on to ePrismSoft
Why do you need ePrismSoft?
1. To report your Certified Payroll Online
2. To verify all your contract payments Online
3. To report all subcontracts you made to other contractors Online
4. To report all change orders only on the subcontracts you made to other contractors Online
The contract you just received, requires you to report all the above contract data in ePrismSoft.
The documentation in online help system, will guide you step by step how to these function once you are log on.

How to log on to the system?
Logging on to the system
While connected to the internet, open your browser and type in: www.eprismsoft.com and enter.
This will bring up ePrismSoft site. You need to get here to be able to login.
1. From the main page, click on the Login menu located on top right side of the main page.
2. From the Login page, in the Username field, type your user name.
3. From the Login page in the Password field, type your password, and then click Login.
What if I forget my Username or Password
1. From the main page, click on the Register menu located on top of the main page.
2. The Registration menu will open as soon below:
3. Click on New Business menu to request your Username and password.
4. From the New Business page in Validate Business Name field, type your business name and
click Validate Business Name button
5. Click on your business name displayed on screen.
6. Enter your email address and click on Request Access button
7. Below is the email containing your Authentication Code. Double click on the code copy and paste
it in the Authentication Code input field and click Request Access.
