Business DescriptionMcGuire Homes brings over 40 years of craftsmanship, innovative design, and sophistication to create custom homes designed for the luxury lifestyle market. From a young age Nicole McGuire knew she wanted to continue her family’s legacy of home building. She started building her own creations in the family woodshop at the age of 5. She spent much of her childhood at her father’s build sites. By the age of 10 she was drawing house plans almost daily. Jeff McGuire, Nicole’s father, always encouraged her to pursue her passion, recognizing the knack she had for design and her drive for excellence. After graduating college, Nicole joined her father’s business and began the next phase of McGuire Homes. It was through her vision and business acumen that they built their first spec homes together. She oversaw the market research, curated the house plans, picked the lots, materials, and secured the financing. This began a new era for McGuire Homes, a partnership between Nicole and her father that spanned 12 years until his passing. In an industry that largely does not empower women to lead, Nicole McGuire has excelled and taken new ground. The pride of her father, and the faith he always showed for her skills and abilities is something that Nicole carries with her always. Today, McGuire Homes is a place where people partner with and empower each other, and design dreams are fulfilled.
